Clients can purchase gift cards in-store and online (if you’ve set up Fresha Pay) with the option to personalise and share these as gifts for friends and family.

Buy a gift card for someone else 

1. Go to the Fresha Marketplace and search for the venue. 
2. From the venue page, click Buy next to Gift cards.
3. Choose the amount. If there’s no option for the value you want, select a Custom amount.
4. Click Send as a gift.
5. Choose a design for your gift card and click Continue.
6. Fill out the following information to share your gift card:

   Sender name - Add your name. 

   Recipient name - Add the name of the person who will receive the gift card.

   Recipient email - Add the recipient’s email address.

   Personal message - Add a personal touch by entering a note from yourself to the recipient (e.g. Happy anniversary, here’s something special to spoil yourself with!)

   Send date - Select the date you’d like to send the gift card. If you wish to send it instantly, select Now. 

7. Click Continue and review your gift card and payment details before selecting Pay now to proceed. Once the payment is confirmed, the gift card will be emailed to the recipient.
8. To manage the gift card details, click More options to Share, Print, Add the gift card to your account, Book now or View invoice. 

Buy a gift card for yourself

1. Go to the Fresha Marketplace and search for the venue. 
2. From the venue page, click Buy next to Gift cards.
3. Choose the amount. If there’s no option for the value you want, select a Custom amount.
4. Click Buy now.
5. Review your gift card and payment details before selecting Pay now to proceed.
6. Once the payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your gift card. You can also view and manage the gift card details to either Book now, Add to your account, Share gift card or More options.
