If you have multiple locations, you'll want to make sure your staff members are assigned to the right location.
Once you've added your business locations, you won't be able to assign bookings to your staff members or offer online bookings until you have assigned staff to each location and set their working hours.
To assign staff to each of your locations:
- Go to Staff and select Staff working hours.
- Choose which location you’d like to assign your staff members to from the dropdown.
- Click on Change staff and choose which staff members you’d like to assign to that location.
- Click Save.
- Once confirmed you can set your staff working hours and availability.
PRO TIP: If you have staff working at multiple locations, make sure their hours don’t overlap - they might be assigned to two different services at two different locations at the same time!
