How do I cancel an appointment?

Cancel accidental or unwanted appointments in an easy way and track how often these occur.

Cancel an appointment

Cancel an appointment through the following ways: 

Through More options: 

  1. Go to your Calendar.

  2. Select the appointment you wish to cancel.

  3. Select More Options and click Cancel

  4. Use the drop-down to select a Cancellation reason. 

  5. Click Cancel appointment

Through the appointment status: 

  1. Go to your Calendar.

  2. Select the appointment you wish to cancel.

  3. Update the status of your appointment by clicking Change and selecting Cancel. 

  4. Use the drop-down to select a Cancellation reason. 

  5. Click Cancel appointment.

NOTE: If a client cancels their appointment online, this will be automatically removed from your Calendar. You’ll also receive a notification for this under your Notifications (bell icon) in the top right corner of your account.


Track your cancelled appointments

Keep track of all appointments, including cancelled ones with full visibility of your Calendar activity. 

 Track cancelled appointments:

  1. Go to Sales and select Appointments.

  2. Narrow your search by clicking Filters and selecting Cancelled under Status.

  3. Appointments will appear as CANCELLED under the Status. 

  4. View and open the cancelled appointment by selecting the Ref (beginning with #). 

  5. To reinstate a cancelled appointment, click More Options and select Rebook.

  6. To download this data, select Export, and select either PDF, Excel or CSV depending on your preference.
