Fresha card terminals Overview 

Fresha card terminals is a quick and easy payment method which allows you to accept in-store payments from clients who can choose to pay in a range of ways. These devices are fully integrated with your business account and accessing your card terminal information can be done directly through the terminal.

Each Fresha card terminal model has a slightly different method for accessing information. You’ll need to follow the steps for your terminal:

• S1
• V400m

Getting started 

When using your Fresha card terminal, you’ll need to be connected to WiFi or a mobile phone hotspot as terminals require internet to run. 

How to access information on a Fresha S1 card terminal

1. Tap Settings and select Device info.

2. A new screen will appear with the following information:

• • Model, serial number, and IP address of the terminal.

  • Software version and configuration version that the terminal currently uses.

  • Merchant account and store that the terminal belongs to.

  • A button to show a QR code with device info.

How to access information on a V400m card terminal 

1. Press 9 followed by the green circle button on your card terminal. 

2. A new screen will appear with the following information:

• • Model, serial number, and IP address of the terminal.

  • Software version and configuration version that the terminal currently uses.

  • Merchant account and store that the terminal belongs to.

  • A button to show a QR code with device info.
