Fresha card terminals are a quick and easy payment method which allows you to accept in-store payments from clients who can choose to pay in a range of ways.

Sometimes you may find that your Fresha card terminal needs a little restart if it’s been switched on for a long time or if you start experiencing any lagging issues. Rebooting steps vary depending on the card terminal model you have:

• S1 
• V400m

Getting started 

You won’t need any prep to reboot your Fresha card terminal however we do recommend having this charged to ensure the terminal has enough power to restart. 

How to reboot a Fresha S1 card terminal 

1. Press and hold the power button

2. Tap on the Restart option. 

How to reboot a V400m card terminal

1. On your terminal, press 1 followed by the green circle button.
2. Access the Staff menu using the PIN code 1234 followed by the green circle button.
3. Go to Power off.
4. Tap Confirm to turn the terminal OFF.
5. Press 1 followed by the green circle button to turn the card terminal ON.
