Occasionally, your Fresha card terminal may require a restart if it has been on for an extended period or if you experience any lagging issues. You won’t need any prep to reboot your Fresha card terminal, but we recommend ensuring it is fully charged to guarantee enough power for the restart.

 

Rebooting a Fresha S1 card terminal 

To reboot a S1 terminal:

  1. Press and hold the power button

  2. Tap on the Restart option. 

Rebooting a V400m card terminal

To reboot a V400m terminal:

  1. On your terminal, press 1 followed by the green circle button.
  2. Access the Staff menu using the PIN code 1234 followed by the green circle button.
  3. Go to Power off.
  4. Tap Confirm to turn the terminal OFF.
  5. Press 1 followed by the green circle button to turn the card terminal ON.
