You won’t need any prep to reboot your Fresha card terminal however we do recommend having this charged to ensure the terminal has enough power to restart.
How to reboot a Fresha S1 card terminal

Press and hold the power button

Tap on the Restart option.
How to reboot a V400m card terminal
- On your terminal, press 1 followed by the green circle button.
- Access the Staff menu using the PIN code 1234 followed by the green circle button.
- Go to Power off.
- Tap Confirm to turn the terminal OFF.
- Press 1 followed by the green circle button to turn the card terminal ON.
