Select the card terminal model you have below and follow the relevant steps to hard reset your card terminal.
V400m / e285 card terminal
- Take the battery lid off and pull the battery out of the card terminal.
- Press and hold the ❌ button for at least 10 seconds.
- Put the battery back and plug the power cable back in.
- Leave the terminal to startup (this may take up to 5 minutes).
Fresha S1 card terminal
- Take the battery lid off and pull the battery out of the card terminal.
- Wait 10 seconds and then put the battery back.
- Press and hold the power button until the display turns ON.
