Manage totals on your card terminal

Track your sales performance through your Fresha card terminal. Learn how to find and print reports directly from your card terminal.

Getting started 

Card terminals can generate a Totals report, providing an overview of total amounts for sales, refunds, gratuities (tips), and cancellations processed since the last reset. By resetting the report, you can obtain day or shift totals.

Select the card terminal model you have below and follow the relevant steps to view, print, and reset totals on your card terminal.

Before managing the totals on your card terminal;

Printing a totals receipt using a Fresha S1 card terminal

  1. Open the Admin menu using the PIN code 5358

  2. Tap Transactions and then Totals

  3. You can now:

    View - This shows the Totals report for the period shown at the top of the report.

    Print - Select the print button to print out the Totals report.

    Start a new reporting period - Select the reset button. When doing this, the totals from the previous period are no longer shown.

Printing a totals receipt using a V400m card terminal

  1. Open the Admin menu using the PIN code 5358 followed by the green circle button.
  2. Tap Totals
  3. You can now:

    View - This shows the Totals report for the period shown at the top of the report.

    Print > Yes - This prints the Totals report. 

TOP TIP: If you want to reset the counter after printing the (day or shift) totals, make sure to select Yes at the Reset totals prompt.

FAQs

Q. Can I disable the card terminal receipt printer instead if I don’t want to produce receipts?

Q. What do I do if my card terminal doesn’t print? 
If the printing function on your Fresha card terminal stops working we recommend taking the following steps before reaching out to our team

From the main screen, open the receipt roll cover and: 

    • Remove any dust and scraps of paper.
    • Check for physical structures that could block the receipt roll in any way.
    • Check if there are any loose or broken parts.
