Your card terminal (V400m) can be connected to a Bluetooth dock station, allowing you to connect the device to an Ethernet LAN and charge it when it is docked in the base station.
Follow these steps to connect your card terminal to the dock station:
- Connect the dock to the internet via an ethernet cable.
- Plug in the power cable to turn the dock ON.
- Wait for the white light on the left-hand side of the dock to stop flashing.
- Press the button at the bottom right of the dock. A blue light should start flashing underneath the white light.
- Go to Network and select Bluetooth.
- Turn ON the Bluetooth toggle switch and wait for the page to load.
- Press Tap to Pair and wait for the terminal to scan for devices.
- Select V400m.
- The cloud and Bluetooth icon should now appear next to the battery icon in the top right of the terminal screen which indicates that the terminal and the dock are connected via Bluetooth.
