Clients can book an appointment using their gift card, by following these simple steps:
- While logged into their Fresha account, clients can click on their profile picture and select Gift cards.
- Select the gift card they want to redeem, and click Book now.
- The gift card will be added to their account (if they still need to do this), and then they can continue to browse and book services or products using their gift card.
NOTE: Gift cards can currently only be redeemed in-store. Presenting the physical or virtual card is not required for redemption. Gift cards can't be used to purchase another gift card.
