How do team members send money from their wallets?

Team members can keep track of and manage their finances by sending and receiving money from their personal wallets.

Learn how to: 

Send to team members or workspaces

You can send money to other team members from your wallet. 

  1. Access your wallet by clicking the Wallet icon
  2. Click Send money. 
  3. If you have enabled transfer authorisation, enter your Fresha account password.
  4. From the two available options, select Send to team members or workspaces
  5. Use the search bar to select the team member you want to send money to. 
  6. Enter the balance you wish to transfer and add a reference note. If you would like to send the full wallet balance, click on Max
  7. Select Review to check that you’re happy with the transaction details.
  8. Complete the transfer by clicking Send money
  9. The transaction will show under the account activity in your wallet and the recipient's wallet.

Payout to a bank account

To payout money from your personal wallet to your bank account, you’ll need to ensure your bank account has been successfully verified first

  1. Access your wallet by clicking the Wallet icon
  2. Click Send money.
  3. If you have enabled transfer authorisation, enter your Fresha account password.
  4. From the two available options, select Payout to bank account. 
  5. Use the search bar to select the verified bank account you want to send money to. 
  6. Enter the balance you wish to transfer and add a reference note. If you would like to send the full wallet balance, click on Max
  7. Select Review to check that you’re happy with the transaction details. 
  8. Complete the transfer by clicking Send money

The transaction will show as a Payout release under your account activity in your wallet.

NOTE:

  • Team members cannot payout money to a bank account unless their bank account has been verified. Learn how to do this here.
  • You cannot exceed the amount available in your wallet when sending money. This amount will be shown when entering the balance amount.
  • There will be a processing fee each time you transfer money. You can see this outlined when you review your transaction details.
