Send money from your business wallet to your team members, locations and bank account with ease. Choose how much you want to send and on-demand at any time.

Getting started

Before you start sending money to your team members, locations, and bank account, you’ll need to edit your payout schedules so funds to be collected in your business wallet.

We recommend setting your schedule to Never however, you can set this to weekly or monthly.  If you choose to set a weekly or monthly payout schedule, remember to send money to your team members and locations before the remaining funds are transferred to your bank account automatically.

Each location within your business can have different payout schedules so you’ll need to edit this for the location accounts where you want to start sending money.

Send to team members or workspaces

You'll need Team Pay enabled to transfer money from the business to team members' wallets.

1. Access your business wallet by clicking on the Wallet icon. 
2. Click Send money. 
3. If you have enabled transfer authorisation, enter your Fresha account password.
4. If you have multiple business locations, select the one you want to send money from. 
5. From the three available options, select Send to team members or workspaces. 
6. Use the search bar to select the team member you want to send money to. 
7. Enter the balance you wish to transfer and add a reference note. If you would like to send the full wallet balance, click on Max. 
8. Select Review to check that you’re happy with the transaction details.
9. Complete the transfer by clicking Send money. 
10. The transaction will show under account activity in your business wallet and your team member’s personal wallet. 

Transfer money to your Fresha business account

If you have multiple locations for your business, you can transfer money between these accounts. 

1. Access your business wallet by clicking on the Wallet icon. 
2. Click Send money. 
3. If you have enabled transfer authorisation, enter your Fresha account password.
4. Select the location you want to send money from. 
5. From the three available options, select Transfer money to your Fresha business account. 
6. Use the search bar to select the location you want to send money to.
7. Enter the balance you wish to transfer and add a reference note. If you would like to send the full wallet balance, click on Max. 
8. Select Review to check that you’re happy with the transaction details.
9. Complete the transfer by clicking Send money. 
10. The transaction will show under account activity in your business wallet. 

Payout to a bank account

Choose to payout a specific amount of money from your business wallet to your bank account, outside of your payout schedule. 

1. Access your business wallet by clicking on the Wallet icon. 
2. Click Send money. 
3. If you have enabled transfer authorisation, enter your Fresha account password.
4. Select the location you want to send money from. 
5. From the three available options, select Payout to bank account. 
6. Use the search bar to select the bank account you want to send money to. 
7. Enter the balance you wish to transfer and add a reference note. If you would like to send the full wallet balance, click on Max. 
8. Select Review to check that you’re happy with the transaction details. 
9. Complete the transfer by clicking Send money. 

The transaction will show as a Payout release under the account activity in your business wallet.
