If your current identification document has expired, you will need to upload a new direct photo of your new valid ID, ensuring all four corners are visible:
- Click on your Wallet and select Bank accounts.
- Click Edit next your current bank account to edit the account holder details.
- In the next page, choose your account type. If no changes here, simply click Next and select a proof of ID you wish to upload.
- Review the required fields and upload the relevant documentation following the instructions on the screen.
If the reason you have changed your ID is due to a name change, you will need to email us at hello@fresha.com and provide us with official documents to support your name change.
