Checkout faster from the appointment view

Speed up checkout with Fresha's one-click payment functionality. Skip the point of sale process and accept payment directly from the client's appointment view.

Getting started

To checkout from the appointment view, you'll need to set up payment processing and take electronic payments through Fresha online. 

This feature allows you to checkout same-day appointments and simultaneously take payment directly from the client’s appointment view.

The following payment methods are currently supported:

  • Client’s payment card - A client’s payment card that has been saved on file to their profile. 
  • Fresha card terminal - If you have a Fresha card terminal, this option will be available and you’ll be able to select the relevant terminal after clicking Pay now
  • Tap to Pay on mobile - This option will be available if you have Tap to pay enabled.

Checkout from the appointment view 

To checkout a confirmed appointment:

  1. Head to your Calendar
  2. Select the appointment you want to checkout. 
  3. Click Pay now and wait for the transaction to process. 
  4. Once complete, the appointment will be checked out.

FAQs

Q. Can I change the payment method displayed in the appointment view? 

Fresha will automatically choose the quickest payment method for your client's appointment, taking into account factors like whether you have a Fresha card terminal client or the client has a stored card on file. If you prefer to use a different payment method, you can always click Checkout from the appointment view and complete the standard checkout process.

To checkout from the appointment view, you'll need to set up payment processing and take electronic payments through Fresha online.
