What's new on your mobile calendar

We've improved the calendar on mobile to make accessing, booking, and managing appointments easier. Check out how you can use these handy calendar features and more.

Finding your way around

We've kept all of the essential areas of Fresha right at your fingertips.

From the top of your screen, you can access:

bell icon png help centre.png  The bell icon for notifications.

user-circle help centre icon.png  Your user avatar to view your profile.


From the main navigation menu bar, you can:

calendar help centre icon.png  View your calendar.

tag help centre icon.png  Checkout appointments.

plus-circle help centre icon.png  Add appointments, blocked time, or a new sale.

client help centre icon.png  View your clients.

hamburger-menu help centre icon.png  View and access other areas of your Fresha account.

TOP TIP: If you're using the Fresha mobile app, ensure it's updated to the latest version to access all the new features.


Changing the calendar view

We've streamlined the process of changing your calendar with a fresh design. Follow the steps below to view appointments in a way that suits you.

To update the calendar date:

  1. Tap on the date in the top-left corner of the calendar.
  2. Toggle between months or dates.

To switch calendar views:

  1. Tap on the date in the top-left corner of the calendar.
  2. Select your preferred view from:


    Day - View today's appointments only.

    3 Day - View today's appointments and the next two days.

    Week - View the entire week's appointments.

To edit calendar zoom settings:

  1. Tap on the date in the top-left corner of the calendar.
  2. Adjust the Calendar zoom scale to either view more appointments on your screen (Small) or fewer appointments with more details visible (Large).

TOP TIP: Zoom settings towards the small end of the scale can be useful for days with a high number of appointments.

Using filters

You can now conveniently access the filter icon at the bottom-right corner of your calendar. Follow these steps to set your preferences.

  1. From the Calendar, tap the filters help centre icon.png icon at the bottom-right corner of your calendar.
  2. Customize your calendar view through filtering appointments by:
    Location - If you have multiple locations, tap on the location at the top to choose a specific calendar.
    Team members - Use the toggle to switch to Team Members and choose individual appointments, or select All or Working to see multiple ones.
    Resources - Use the toggle to switch to Resources and select the resources (like massage rooms or chairs) that you want to view the calendar by.


Adding appointments or blocking time

Adding appointments and other items to your calendar is a breeze with the main navigation menu bar positioned at the bottom of your screen. Follow the steps below to get started.

  1. From the Calendar, tap the plus-circle help centre icon.png icon at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Select the event type you want to add to your calendar:


    New appointment - Create a new appointment directly in your calendar.

    New blocked time - Block out time for team members in your calendar.

    New sale - Quickly access Sales where you can sell products, services, gift cards, and memberships.

    Quick payment - Take one-time payments without needing to link to an appointment, service, or product.
