View a client’s appointments, sales, and sold items

Access a client’s appointment history and past product sales to effectively track their purchases and preferences.

Getting started 

If you’re a team member, ensure you have Client access permissions granted to view this information. 

Accessing appointment history

To browse a client’s appointment history and check the status of upcoming appointments: 

  1. Open your Clients list and select a client.
  2. In the client profile, click Appointments
  3. A full list of past and upcoming appointments will be displayed.
  4. Use the filters to view All or Completed appointments. 
  5. For more specific filtering, select More to view appointments by status: Confirmed, Arrived, Started, Cancelled or No show
  6. Each appointment card will show a list of services with the prices and a team member.
  7. Depending on the appointment status, different actions are available:
    Access and view -  Click on any appointment card to open and access the full appointment view. This applies to all appointments.  
    Checkout - For Confirmed or Started appointments, click Checkout to access Fresha's point of sale.
    View sale - After an appointment is Completed, access and manage sale details.
    Rebook -  Quickly schedule a new appointment following a Completed one by selecting Rebook and selecting an available timeslot in your calendar. 

TOP TIP: You can easily see the total number of appointments a client has by checking the Overview section of their profile.

Viewing client sales history

To view all sales made to your client, including the status: 

  1. Open your Clients list and select a client.
  2. In the client profile, click Sales
  3. A full list of all sales made to the client will be displayed.
  4. Use the filters to view All, Paid or Unpaid sales. 
  5. For more specific filtering, select More to view sales by status: Part paid, Refunded, or Voided.
  6. Each sale card will display essential details like the date, time, and status, along with key information about the product, service, gift card or membership sold. 
  7. Select View sale to view and manage the sale details.
  8. To make a quick sale, click Sell to access Fresha's point of sale.

Managing a client’s items

Easily manage any Products, Memberships and Services purchased by your client through their profile. 

Managing products 

  1. Open your Clients list and select a client.
  2. In the client profile, click Items and filter by Products
  3. Each product the client has purchased will be listed with the date and price.
  4. On the relevant product card, choose to:

    Sell - Access Fresha's point of sale to sell the product to the client again. 

    View sale - Access and manage product sale details. 

Managing memberships 

  1. Open your Clients list and select a client.
  2. In the client profile, click Items and filter by Memberships
  3. Each membership the client has purchased will be listed with the status. 
  4. On the relevant membership card, choose to:
    Pause / Resume - Pause or Resume a client’s membership at any time with the option to send the client a note accompanying the action. 
    Renew - Renew cancelled, used or expired memberships. 
    Details - View the full details of the client’s membership, including the activity log of appointments and status changes. 

Managing services 

  1. Open your Clients list and select a client.
  2. In the client profile, click Items and filter by Services
  3. Each completed service the client has received will be listed with the date, team member and price. This does not include services from cancelled, no-show or upcoming appointments. 
  4. On the relevant service card, select View sale to view more details and manage sale details.
