To utilize the rescheduling and rebooking features, ensure you have access to your calendar and the appointment details you wish to modify or move to a future date.

Changing the appointment date and time

You can reschedule the date and time of an appointment in the following ways:

Using the calendar

  1. Open your Calendar.
  2. Select and hold the appointment you wish to change.
  3. Drag and drop the appointment to the new date and time. Under More options:

Through appointment actions

  1. Open your Calendar.
  2. Select the appointment you want to change.
  3. Click the three dots and select Reschedule.
  4. On the Calendar, pick the new date and time.
  5. In the pop-up, mark the checkbox if you wish to notify your client of the change.
  6. Click Update to save the changes.

Through the appointment

To change the appointment date:

  1. Open your Calendar.
  2. Select the appointment you want to change.
  3. Click on the date, select a new one from the drop-down menu, and Save.
  4. In the pop-up, mark the checkbox if you wish to notify your client of the change.
  5. Select Update

To change the service time within an appointment:

  1. Open your Calendar.
  2. Select the appointment you want to change.
  3. Click on the service time you want to edit.
  4. Under Start time, choose a new time from the drop-down.
  5. Click Apply and Save.

TOP TIP: Consider assigning the appointment to a different team member if the original one is unavailable. This can be a handy solution for maintaining client appointments without cancellations.

Changing the appointment duration

Using the calendar

  1. Open your Calendar.
  2. Select the appointment you want to change.
  3. Drag the bottom edge of the appointment block to modify its duration.

Through the appointment

  1. Open your Calendar.
  2. Select the appointment you want to change.
  3. Choose the service you'd like to edit.
  4. Adjust the Duration using the drop-down menu.
  5. Click Apply and Save.

When rescheduling an appointment, use the notification option in the pop-up to inform your client automatically via email or text message.

Currently, appointments need to be rescheduled individually, unless they are part of a recurring appointment series, to ensure accurate updates to all involved parties.

Yes, you can change the appointment type by selecting a different service during the rescheduling process.
