Getting started
To add your billing and payment details to your account, you'll need to have the following details to hand:
- The billing address for your business.
- The payment card details used for your business.
Adding and updating your payment method
Payment methods cannot be removed once added to your account however, they can be updated at any time.
- Open Workspace settings, select Billing then Billing details.
- Under Payment methods, select Manage.
- From your business wallet, click Add now or select the 3 dots by your card and select Update.
- Add or adjust your billing details and click Next step.
- Enter your new card details.
- Click Save.
NOTE: You can also add or update your payment method by clicking on your business wallet icon, selecting Payment methods and Add now.
Adding and updating your billing details
It’s important to make sure your billing details are always up to date as we’ll use these when processing your monthly invoices and charging you for any one-off payments, such as blast campaigns and automatic top-ups.
- Open Workspace settings, select Billing then Billing details.
- Under Billing address, select Edit.
- Use the Account type dropdown to select either Individual/ Self-employed or Company.
- Enter your name. If you are using company billing details, enter your Business name too.
- Add your full business address.
- Enter your Tax/VAT number.
- Click Save.

Q. What should I do if I can't add my billing details and payment method?
If you are experiencing issues adding your billing details, reach out to us via the contact us form, using your registered email, and provide us with the following details so we can look into it further:

card type (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc)

last 4 digits only of the card you’d like to use (do not share your CVV)

the name of the bank the card is registered with
