Leaving a workspace keeps your Fresha account available to join or create a new workspace. Before leaving a workspace:
- Pay out any remaining money from your wallet to your bank account.
Leaving a workspace as a team member
To leave a workspace:
- Open your personal account and click on the Avatar icon.
- Select Workspaces and click Manage next to the one you want to delete.
- Choose to Leave workspace and enter your email address to confirm.
- Click Leave.
A notification will appear to confirm you’ve left the workspace. This will also be recorded under your previous workspaces along with the departure date.

Q. What happens once I leave a workspace?
When you leave a workspace, your personal Fresha account stays active. All your personal details will be preserved, this includes your email, password, security settings, service reviews, and personal wallet with any remaining funds—are preserved.
Q. Can I rejoin a workspace once I have left?
Yes, you can rejoin a workspace. The business will need to resend you an invitation from your team member profile on the workspace account. If your profile has been archived, they will need to unarchive it from the Team member list first.
