As a workspace owner, you can choose to permanently delete the workspace while keeping your account active. This allows you to join or create a new workspace whenever you need. Learn how to delete a workspace as an owner.

Getting started
Once a workspace has been deleted, all its associated information cannot be restored. Before submitting a workspace deletion request we recommend:
- Unlisting your profile from the Marketplace to prevent clients from booking with you
- Cancelling all your upcoming appointments.
- Exporting your Client list.
- Exporting your Sales log report.
Deleting a workspace as an owner
To leave a workspace that you own:
- Open your personal account and click on the Avatar icon.
- Choose Workspaces and select Manage next to the one you want to delete.
- Click Delete workspace.
- Choose a reason for deleting your workspace.
- Confirm you understand the conditions of deleting your workspace.
- Enter your account email address and password.
A workspace deletion request will be sent to Fresha where we’ll review and process this in 7 days.

When you leave a workspace, your Fresha account remains active, preserving your email, password, security settings, service reviews, and personal wallet funds. You can join a new workspace or start your own business anytime.
