Missing Appointments or Clients

Why are my appointments or clients missing?

If you're signed into Fresha but do not see your appointments, clients or services, you've probably signed into a different account.

How did this happen?

  • You might have multiple Fresha accounts and not even know it.
    If you have more than one email address, you can be signed in to Fresha but not with the correct account where your contacts and appointments are stored. 
  • Someone else may have used your device to sign in to their Fresha account.
    A colleague may have used your device to sign in to their account and forgotten to sign back out.
  • You might be using a Web Browser or OS Version that is no longer supported 
    We always recommend using Chrome as your go-to browser for all devices as it's the most reliable and it's important to make sure your Operating System is up to date too. For more information on what is and is not support click here.

Follow these steps to sign in to the correct account:

  1. Do you have more than one Fresha account?
    • Try logging in with any email address you may have previously used for work. You can check which email address you are currently using under "My Settings" in the top right-hand corner.
    • Do you use Fresha on more than one device such as your desktop computer or phone? It's possible you may be signed in to a different account on each device.


  1. Try accessing your Fresha account from another device that you might already be signed in on like your desktop computer, a mobile device, or tablet
    If you're able to access the correct account from another device, you can identify the email address of the account you're signed in with by clicking on the icon in the top right-hand corner under "My Settings" or on mobile, click the three dots in the top right hand corner and "My Settings"
  2. Sign out, and then sign back in.
    Make sure you sign in using the correct account with your main email address.
