You may need to reschedule or adjust the duration of an appointment if a client is unable to make the original time or a team member is unavailable.
Reschedule an appointment
There are two ways you can reschedule an appointment in your calendar:
- Go to your Calendar and select the appointment you’re looking to update.
- Click and hold the appointment, and drag your booking to the rescheduled time and date.
- The appointment will automatically move to the new time and date.
Alternatively:
- Select the appointment you’re looking to update and click More options.
- Click on Reschedule and choose what time you’d like to reschedule the appointment.
- Click Reschedule to confirm your changes.
PRO TIP: You can assign the appointment to a different team member if the original member of the team is unavailable.
Adjust the duration of an appointment
If you need to make an adjustment to the length of an appointment, there are two ways you can do this:
- Go to your Calendar and select the appointment you’re looking to update.
- Click and drag the appointment up or down to adjust the duration.
Alternatively:
- Select the appointment you’re looking to update and click More options.
- Click on Edit appointment and change the time under Duration.
Save to confirm your changes.
