Adding a team profile picture makes it easier for you to navigate your calendar and locate a specific team member, and clients will be able to put a face to the name of the person they’ll be booking their services with online.
To add a profile picture to your account
- Click on the avatar icon and select Profile.
- In the new page, click Edit.
- Click on the camera icon and upload your profile picture.
- Crop the image and click Apply.
- Click Save changes.
- Once saved, your photo will appear in the calendar next to the rest of your team.
To add a profile picture on behalf of your team members
- Go to Business Settings, and click Team members.
- Select the team member you wish to add a profile picture.
- Click on the camera icon and upload the chosen profile picture.
- Crop the image and click Apply.
- Click Save.
PRO TIP: If you want to make edits to a profile picture that’s already been added, go to Edit profile photo and select Change or Remove picture depending on the edit you’d like to make.
NOTE: This is the photo clients will see next to your name when they make a booking online, so make sure your photo looks professional.
