How do clients email their voucher to someone as a gift?

To email the voucher to someone as a gift, the client will need to: 

  1. Choose the voucher they’d like to purchase. 
  2. Add the quantity and click Continue.
  3. Select Email as a gift
  4. Fill out the recipient’s first name, last name, email, and add an optional personalised message. This will override the default voucher title and description.
  5. Click Continue
  6. Select the payment method. Add a new payment card or choose a previously stored card. They’ll be asked to create a Fresha account if they haven’t already done so.

Once the voucher has been purchased and sent, the client can view the voucher in the Vouchers section of their account by going to Used or sent.
