When you're client is ready to redeem a voucher they've received, you can retrieve your code in one of two ways. Once the service has been completed, the client can present their voucher code from their original invoice, or you can locate it by heading to Sales, selecting Vouchers, and searching by code or client.
Once the code is ready for redemption:
- Click on the appointment you're looking to complete and select Checkout.
- Select Voucher as the payment type.
- Type the Voucher code into the search bar to locate the voucher.
- Once the voucher has been located, select Redeem Voucher.
- Click Complete sale to raise the invoice. The invoice will display the used codes as payment.
