I’m having keyboard issues with my card terminal

If the keyboard is failing or a key is stuck which means your card terminal is making a constant noise: 

  1. Press 1 followed by the green button on your card terminal. 
  2. Enter PIN 1234 for the Staff menu and press the green button. 
  3. Go to Power off and press Turn off.
  4. Turn the card terminal on.
