Getting started

- Self-employed or a freelancer - you are self-employed or a freelancer and have a business account. You'll need to supply copies of company registration documents, along with a document copy.
If the bank account is under a personal name
There are certain documents that are needed for us to be able to verify your account holder information and process your payments and payouts securely.
Step 1: Prepare information to submit
- Bank account details - Including proof of bank account document showing the account number, account holder name, and bank logo.
- Bank account holder details - Such as your full name, date of birth, address, and proof of ID.
Step 2: Add your bank account details
- Enter your Sort code and Account number to receive funds from clients paying through Fresha.
- Upload a bank statement, letter from the bank, or void cheque issued by the bank so we can verify your bank account details. Please note, mobile app screenshots are not accepted.
NOTE: The details in the bank statement must match the bank account holder information you supplied earlier. The document must include the account number, account holder name, and bank logo dated within the last 6 months.
PRO TIP: Transaction details are not required, so bank statements can be cropped to show the account number, account holder name, bank logo and date only. Statements for new bank accounts without any transactions are still valid, provided they display the above information.

You'll need to upload a clear scan or photo of your account holder’s government-issued ID card, driver's license, or passport (depending on your country). Make sure the ID copy matches exactly with the details entered above. See our guidelines for photo ID copies.
