I’m having trouble uploading my ID, what should I do?

If you’re having trouble uploading your ID, there are a few things we’d recommend checking:

  • Your image resolution - the minimum size we support is 100kb and the maximum is 4mb. Make sure the image you’re uploading is the correct size.
  • The red cross on your photos - this comes up in case you want to remove the picture. It doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with the picture you’ve uploaded and you should be able to proceed as normal.
  • Missing information - all fields are mandatory. If you’ve missed out on any of the fields, you will not be able to proceed.
