How do your advanced pricing options work?

When creating a new service, our advanced pricing options let you set different prices for a single service, staff member, or location.

Add a single service with multiple pricing options

Once you’ve created your first pricing option, you can add different pricing options for the same service. 

  1. Click Add pricing level under the pricing option(s) you’ve already created.
  2. Add in the duration, price type (free, from, or fixed), and price of the option.
  3. Give your pricing option a name and click Save.

PRO TIP: Giving your pricing options different names like short hair or long hair will help your clients book the right service for them.

NOTE: To edit or delete a pricing option, choose which service you’re looking to make changes to and click on theicon. Don’t forget to save any changes you make!


Add a single service with price per staff

You can set pricing options per staff member assigned to a single service. 

  1. Go to Advanced pricing options under the pricing option you’d like to assign the staff member to. 
  2. Click Edit (or the three_dots.png icon) next to the staff member whose information you’re looking to add. 
  3. Add the price of the service being performed by that staff member. 
  4. Make sure the duration and price type (free, from, or fixed) have been added for the staff member and click Save.

PRO TIP: Give each of your staff members a title so clients know why some services may cost more than others. You can do this by going to Staff, selecting Staff members, and clicking Staff title.

Add a single service with price by duration of staff member

You can set pricing options by the duration of the service per staff member.

  1. Go to Pricing and Duration and select the pricing option you’d like to assign the staff member to.
  2. Select Advanced pricing options and click Edit (or the three_dots.png icon) next to the staff member whose information you’re looking to add or update. 
  3. Add the duration of the service being performed by that staff member.  
  4. Make sure the price type (free, from, or fixed) and price have been added for the staff member and click Save.

PRO TIP: When a client has requested and booked with a specific staff member at a specific price, make sure they’ll be receiving exactly the same service before rescheduling or making any changes to their appointment.


Add a single service with price by location and staff

You can set pricing options by location and staff members.

  1. Go to Pricing and Duration and click Edit on the pricing option you’re looking to update.
  2. Select Advanced pricing options and choose the location. 
  3. Under Price by location, click Edit and set the default price for the service at this location. 
  4. If you’d like to set Price by staff at this location, click Edit next to the staff member you’d like to assign to the service.
  5. Create a Duration, Price type, and Price for each.
  6. Save changes.
