How do I order a card terminal?

Our Fresha card terminal is currently available in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Romania, United Kingdom, and the United States. 

If your country isn't listed, keep your eyes peeled as our card terminal will be available in more countries soon!

Our card terminals are fully integrated with Fresha, accept all major debit and credit cards as well as payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay, and connect with the Fresha platform exclusively.

Request a card terminal

To request a card terminal: 

  • Go to Payments and click on Request terminal.
  • Fill out your request details so we can find out some more information and add your contact details.
  • Click Send request
  • Once your request has been reviewed by a member of the team, we’ll be in touch with you. 

You can track the status of your card terminal request in the card terminals tab.

Pay for a card terminal

To pay for your card terminal: 

  • Click the payment link in your email or go to the card terminals tab. 
  • Review your order summary, add your payment method and shipping details and click Pay now
  • The team will package your card terminal once payment has been received and we’ll aim to deliver it within 3 working days. Once your card terminal has been shipped, we’ll drop you an email with a tracking link.
