Once Fresha Plus has been enabled and payment processing has been activated, you can choose when your clients are asked to tip and set your suggested tip values.
1. Go to Setup and select Tip settings.
PRO TIP: If you have more than one location, you can create tip settings for each by selecting them from the dropdown. Alternatively, click Update all locations once you’ve finished making your changes.
2. Under Enable tipping, choose at which point you’d like to ask clients to tip.
3. Set your suggested tip values. Tip amounts start at 5% up to the full value of the sale.
4. Click Save or Update all locations.
NOTE: The tip values are default options. Clients will also be able to customise the amount they’d like to tip by selecting Enter a custom amount.
