Once Fresha Plus has been enabled and payment processing has been activated, you can choose when your clients are asked to tip and set your suggested tip values.
- Go to Setup
and select Tip settings.
- Under Enable tipping, choose at which point you’d like to ask clients to tip.
- Set your suggested tip values. Tip amounts start at 5% up to the full value of the sale.
- Click Save or Update all locations.
NOTE: The tip values are default options. Clients will also be able to customise the amount they’d like to tip by selecting Enter a custom amount.
PRO TIP: If you have more than one location, you can create tip settings for each by selecting them from the dropdown. Alternatively, click Update all locations once you’ve finished making your changes.
