You can switch off deposits and cancellation fees for specific clients if you don’t want them to be asked to secure their booking with a deposit or payment card.
NOTE: This setting only applies to appointments booked manually by your staff.
- Go to Clients and select a client to view their Client profile. You can search them by name, email, or mobile number.
- Click More and select Edit profile.
- Uncheck the toggle
that requires clients to pay deposits or provide card details for cancellation fees.
- Click Save.
