How do I override deposits and cancellation fees for specific clients and appointments?

You can switch off deposits and cancellation fees for specific clients if you don’t want them to be asked to secure their booking with a deposit or payment card. 

NOTE: This setting only applies to appointments booked manually by your staff.

  1. Go to Clients and select a client to view their Client profile. You can search them by name, email, or mobile number.
  2. Click More and select Edit profile.
  3. Uncheck the toggle Screenshot_2022-03-11_at_11.54.54.png that requires clients to pay deposits or provide card details for cancellation fees.
  4. Click Save.
