You can switch off upfront payments (deposits) and capture card detail for specific clients if you don’t want them to be asked to secure their booking with an upfront payment or payment card.
NOTE: This setting only applies to appointments booked manually by your staff.
- Go to Clients and select a client to view their Client profile. You can search them by name, email, or mobile number.
- Click Actions and select Edit profile.
- Uncheck the toggle that requires clients to pay deposits or provide card details for cancellation fees.
- Click Save.
