How do I send a form reminder email?

If a client books an appointment online via Fresha marketplace, your social pages, or a booking link on your website and a form is required, they’ll have the option to Complete it there and then, or can select Maybe later. We’ll send a reminder of any forms that need completing in all client notifications leading up to their appointment. Click here to make sure you have client notifications enabled.

If you’d like to send them an additional reminder, there are a few ways of doing this:

Forms

  1. Go to Forms, and scroll down to see the to be completed forms.
  2. Click on three_dots_across.png next to the form you'd like to send a reminder for and select Send email reminder.

Once confirmed, your form reminder email will be sent to the client.

Client profile

  1. Go to Clients and use the search bar to select the client whose form you’d like to view.
  2. Click on their client profile and select Forms.
  3. Forms that need to be completed will be displayed at the top.
  4. Click Screenshot_2020-10-27_at_13.32.42.png next to the form that needs to be completed and select Send email reminder.
  5. Click Yes, send reminder to send a form reminder to your client.

Once confirmed, your form reminder email will be sent to the client.

Calendar

  1. Go to your Calendar and click on the appointment you’d like to view.
  2. Under Forms, you’ll be able to see whether the form has been completed.
  3. Click on the form to view the details your client has provided.
  4. Click Screenshot_2020-10-27_at_13.32.42.png next to the form that needs to be completed and select Send email reminder.
  5. Click Yes, send reminder to send a form reminder to your client.

Once confirmed, your form reminder email will be sent to the client.
