How to let your clients know you’re reopening

It’s been a difficult year for the beauty and wellness industry but as many businesses across the UK prepare to reopen their doors, it’s key you make sure your clients know you’re open for business and taking bookings again. 

We know there’s going to be a huge demand and rush for your services once your doors reopen on 02 December 2020, and our blast messages feature is the perfect way to deliver the good news to your clients with targeted email and text messages. With fully customisable, ready-made templates designed to save you time, blast messages have proven to be a huge success in increasing many businesses' sales. 

Update your clients about your reopening following these quick and easy steps below.

Text message 

  1. Make sure Fresha Plus is enabled.
  2. Go to Marketing marketing.png and select Blast messages
  3. Click Quick update and select SMS text message
  4. Personalise your message by adding the date you’re reopening and any updates to your opening hours or service menu due to additional safety measures you’ve introduced.  
  5. Add a Book now button to direct clients to your online services menu or add a custom link.
  6. If you have multiple locations, select the business location your message is targeted to. 
  7. Choose whether you'd like to send your message to All clients in your clients list or specific client groups including new, recent, loyal, or lapsed. 
  8. You can also amend the clients selected by clicking Edit. The cost of your blast message is based on the number of clients your message is sent to. 
  9. Choose a payment method and send your text message!

Once your text message has been sent, you can view the message details and how your blast message has performed under My blast messages.

Email

  1. Make sure Fresha Plus is enabled.

  3. Choose Quick update and select Email

PRO TIP: Clients are looking for businesses that make them feel safe and secure, so make sure you let them know what measures you’ve introduced to make your business COVID-19 safe in your client notifications under Important info and on your Online profile.

NOTE: Make sure that your open and closed dates and staff working hours are up-to-date so clients know when they can book your services.
