How do I create a membership?

Our memberships feature allows you to bundle your services into a course or membership that your clients can pay for in advance and redeem at a later date or in recurring payments that will automatically renew on the plan renewal date. By selling your services as a bundle at a fixed rate, you can grow your sales by encouraging clients to purchase your services in one go and pay for them upfront. 

To create a membership:

  1. Go to Business settings and select Memberships.
  2. Click on Create membership.
  3. Under Basic info add your Membership name and a short description of the services included. If you have any specific policies that apply to your membership, add them here.
  4. Under Services and sessions, you can choose which services are included in your membership. Click Edit and select the blue_tick.png next to All services or the ones you’d like to include.
  5. Choose how many sessions are included or use the toggle enable.png to enable unlimited sessions.
  6. Under Pricing and Payment, choose how you’d like your clients to pay by selecting a one-time or recurring payment. If you select a One-time payment you can choose how long the plan is valid for and how much it costs. If you select Recurring payments, you’ll need to choose how often the payment is taken, how much each payment costs, and how long the plan will last from each of the relevant dropdowns.
  7. Under Tax rate, select the tax rate you'd like to apply to this plan. Click here to find out how to add taxes and apply them to your services.
  8. Customise your membership by selecting a colour that best matches your business or membership.
  9. Use the toggle enable.png to Enable online sales.
  10. If there are any rules attached to your membership, you can add these under Terms & Conditions.
  11. Click on Create membership to confirm your details and push it live.

You can keep track of your sales by checking your transaction summary under Daily Summary and view any remaining sessions on the Client’s profile or at checkout.

NOTE: You can edit your memberships at any time by heading to Services, clicking on Memberships, and selecting the plan you’d like to edit. Don’t forget to Save any changes you make.

PRO TIP: To start selling your memberships online, go to Memberships, click on Sell memberships online and copy and paste the link onto your website and social pages.

NOTE: Your no-show and late cancellation policy will still apply to your memberships.
