When setting up your account, import your client list before using Online bookings to schedule appointments effortlessly and prevent being charged a Marketplace new Client fee for your existing clients (this one-time fee only applies to brand new clients brought to you through our Fresha marketplace).
How to import your client list:
-
Go to Clients and select Client list.
-
Click on Options and select Import Clients.
-
If you have an existing client list in a CSV format, click Upload CSV file or drag and drop this into the purple box from your device’s files.
-
If you don’t have an existing client list file, click Download template and fill this in with your client information before using the above step to upload.
-
Once your file has been uploaded, review the columns in your Fresha client list. Fresha will automatically match the column headers to the ones on your file. You can change these using the drop-down boxes before clicking Next step.
-
Review your client list preview to check that all the fields are correct. Any errors will result in that row not being imported.
-
If any edits are needed, click Previous, and delete your client list file before re-uploading the corrected file.
-
If you’re happy with your client list, click Start import.
When you see ‘Import successful’ on-screen, click Done to return to your Client list.
NOTE:
- Addresses can’t be imported onto the Fresha Client list. To include this information, add the address under the Client notes column.
- Once you upload your client list file, we’ll process this to check for any errors. If the file fails to upload, check that your file matches Fresha’s import requirements using the information provided and try uploading again.
- Importing your client list may take a couple of seconds. If you close the tab, the upload will continue in the background.
