If for any reason the client has been unable to complete a form before their appointment takes place, you can fill in the details on their behalf or ask them to complete the form using your device once they arrive at the location.
There are a number of different ways you can complete a form on behalf of a client:
Calendar
- Go to your Calendar and click on the appointment the form applies to.
- Click on
next to the form that needs to be completed and select Complete the form.
- Fill in the relevant details and click Complete form.
Client profile
- Go to Clients and use the search bar to locate the relevant client profile.
- Click on the client and select Forms.
- Click on
next to the form that needs to be completed and select Complete the form.
- Fill in the relevant details and click Complete form.
Forms
- Go to Forms and select Forms.
- Under Manage forms, click on the form the client needs to complete.
- Click on
next to the form that needs to be completed and select Complete the form.
- Fill in the relevant details and click Complete form.
