Your client list details all of the information you currently have for each of the clients on your database. You can review, edit and update client information by clicking on each individual client profile but any changes you make will not be reflected in the client’s version of their account information. If you plan on sending any client notifications or marketing messages, it’s a good idea to review and update your client list beforehand to make sure your messages are providing the right information and promotions to the right people. The easiest way to do this is to export your client list and work through your client list one by one.
To export your client list:
- Go to Clients and click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner.
- If you have any duplicate client profiles, you’ll be notified at the top of the page. Click on Review & merge to combine all of your data into one item.
- You can export your client list as an Excel or CSV.
Click to share your exported client list via email, text, and a number of other apps available on your device.
