Your clients have complete control of their notification preferences in the Settings tab of their account but you can edit and update their notification and marketing preferences from their client profile.
To update a client’s marketing preferences:
- Go to Clients and select the client whose preferences you want to update.
- Click on the three dots and select Edit.
- Scroll down to Send notifications by and select which notifications they’d like to receive.
- To opt into marketing notifications, click next to Accepts marketing notifications.
- Save changes.
NOTE: It’s a good idea to review and update your client list before sending any client notifications or marketing emails to make sure your messages are providing the right information and promotions to the right people.
