How do I manage client notifications and marketing preferences?

You can update and edit a client’s notification and marketing preferences from their client profile through the steps below. However, if your client decides to turn off their notification and marketing preferences, they will not receive any text communications from you.

To update a client’s marketing preferences:

  1. Go to Clients and select the client whose preferences you want to update.
  2. Click More and select Edit profile.
  3. Scroll down to Client Notifications and select the toggle enable.png next to the notification/s they’d like to receive.
  4. To opt into marketing notifications, click enable.png next to Client accepts marketing notifications.
  5. Save changes.

NOTE: It’s a good idea to review and update your client list before sending any communications to your clients. Make sure your messages are providing the right information and promotions to the right people.
