There are a number of reasons why you might need to look up a client’s appointment history, including keeping track of how many times an appointment has been rescheduled or cancelled, or specific preferences they have for a treatment they’ve had before.
To find out everything you need to know about a client’s appointment history, follow these simple steps:
- Go to Clients
and use the search bar to find the client you’re looking for.
- Click on the client profile and click on the Appointments tab to view your Upcoming and Past appointments.
- Select the appointment you’d like to view for the full appointment history, including the services they’ve booked and the status of any consultation forms they need to complete. You can also see all consultation forms related to the client in the Forms tab.
You can also see the client's recent purchases and invoices in the Products and Invoices tabs.
PRO TIP: Add notes to your client’s profile at any time by clicking on the Client feed and selecting Add a note. Use the Important client info section under Actions > Edit profile to add important information such as allergies or hair colour preferences to the client card. Make sure the toggle is on to display client notes on all bookings.
