It’s handy to keep track of any changes made to your appointments. With Fresha, you can view an activity log of your appointment with essential information, including when it has been rescheduled and which team member has made changes.
View an appointment’s activity log
- Go to your Calendar.
- Select the appointment you’d like to view in detail.
- From the appointment view, click on Activity.
- You’ll be able to see the appointment’s history, including when and who made the appointment, changes to the appointment such as reschedules or team member reassignment, and any notifications sent to the client.
