How do I promote my vouchers, services, and paid plans through blast messages?

Blast messages help you to communicate and engage with clients new and old, and promoting vouchers, services, and paid plans through email and text message has proven highly effective for Partners who want to increase bookings and grow their sales.

Linking clients to your paid plans, vouchers, services, and individual staff members gives you the flexibility to target specific members of your client list with services you know they’re going to love.

There are two ways you can do this:

Online Booking

  1. Go to Online Bookings and select Direct Links.
  2. Click Create Link under the type of link you’d like to generate.
  3. Choose with location, paid plans, services, staff members or vouchers you’d like to link them to.
  4. Click on Create link to confirm.
  5. Select Preview link to make sure the link is sending clients to the right location.
  6. Once you’re happy with the link you’ve created, click Send as blast message.
  7. Choose whether to send your blast message via email or text message. 
  8. Customise your blast message using the message settings.
  9. Scroll down to Button where the link you generated will be displayed under Link to Fresha button. You can change where you’d like the link to send your clients by clicking Change link.
  10. Under Button name, update the text to explain where the button will link your clients to, for example, Book with Molly.
  11. Once you’re happy with the message you’ve created, click Next step.
  12. Use the filters to choose which clients will receive your message.
  13. Once you’ve selected which clients, click Next step.
  14. Choose your payment method and click Send now to send your message.

PRO TIP: Once your link has been created, click Generate a QR code to quickly direct clients to your services. The QR code can be used to print as a sticker on the door or on the desk for clients to scan and book in an instant.

Blast message

  1. Go to Blast messages and select Create under Quick update.
  2. Choose whether to send your blast message via email or text message. 
  3. Customise your blast message using the message settings.
  4. Scroll down to Links and select Fresha link
  5. Click on Change link and choose where you would like to link your clients to. Choose with location, paid plans, services, staff members or vouchers you’d like to link them to. You can change where you’d like the link to send your clients by clicking Change link.
  6. Once you’re happy with the message you’ve created, click Next step.
  7. Use the filters to choose which clients will receive your message.
  8. Once you’ve selected which clients, click Next step.
  9. Choose your payment method and click Send now to send your message.
