Your product photos are there to capture the attention of your clients. Using high-quality, eye-catching images can dramatically increase your chances of making a sale. Online shopping is all about convenience, and when a client cannot physically handle a product, your pictures need to paint an accurate picture of what they're going to receive. High-quality product photos taken from multiple angles help fill this gap by providing customers with the information they need. And when clients can easily access the information they want, they’re much more likely to shop with you again.

We would recommend using images between 500 x 500 and 2000 x 2000 pixels.
Using a lower resolution image might lead to a low-quality look and feel for your store.
Our recommendation is to use a square (1:1) aspect ratio.
If you upload an image of a different orientation, you can choose which part of it will be displayed.
To do this, click on the pencil icon, then drag or resize the square area over the image.
We recommend using JPG for product images, but you can also use PNG.
Fresha allows you to upload images up to 24 MB, but our recommendation is to stay between 1 and 5 MB. Avoid using too many heavy images, as this is likely to decrease site loading speed and put clients off.
