There are four types of Fresha deals available, each designed to reward and retain clients while also filling up your calendar:

Immediately apply a discount online and let your team members to manually add it to appointments and sales.

How do I edit a deal?
- Go to Engage and select Deals.
- Click the three dots next to the deal, or the Options button on Deals overview page, and click Edit.
- From here, you can also duplicate the offer, deactivate it or archive it. There are also options to send a marketing campaign.
How do I apply deals during checkout?
Follow this guide to apply an existing deal or discount.
How do I measure the success of a deal?
- Go to Engage and select Deals
- Click on an existing deal and it will display a summary of your deal performance, which includes:
- Total sales
- Deals applied
- Total clients
Explore how all of your Deals are performing in your Discounts Summary in the Reports section.
Can clients use more than one deal at a time?
Clients can only use one deal or discount per item, and the larger discounted rate will apply. For example, if a service is already reduced to half price, clients cannot apply a further 10% discount code or deal on top of this. However, clients could use a 10% discount code on other non-discounted items in their booking or cart.

How do I use a discount code during online booking?
First, choose a service, staff member and date as normal. You’ll then have the option to apply a discount code to your booking before confirming the appointment. Simply enter the code in the discount code box and click Apply. The full price will then be discounted and displayed before you click Confirm.
Why isn’t my discount code working?
There are several reasons why a code may not apply while booking online. A discount code must be valid for the dates you’re looking for, and for the services or items you’re buying. The code may have a minimum purchase amount or be limited to a certain number of uses. You may have already used a code that’s limited to one-time use. Your selected items may already have a higher discount applied. Or you may have made an error in typing out the code. Reach out to the business you are booking with for more information.
