Text message blast campaigns are a great way to reach a large audience quickly. With Fresha’s blast text message functionality you’re able to easily create a campaign, add an appropriate link and send to your desired audience, all within minutes.
Quick update
- Go to Promote > Blast campaigns.
- Click New message and select Text message as the channel.
- Select Quick update as your message type.
- Personalise your message and add a link to direct your clients to the services, memberships or vouchers you'd like to promote.
- Choose the clients you would like to send your message to. You can amend the clients selected by clicking Edit.
- Choose a payment method and send your message.
Special offer
- Go to Promote > Blast campaigns.
- Click New message and select Text message as the channel.
- Select Special offer as your message type.
- Personalise your message and configure the deal associated with your campaign. The deal will be applied individually to each applicable service booked.
- Choose the clients you would like to send your message to. You can amend the clients selected by clicking Edit.
- Choose a payment method and send your message.
Promote voucher
- Go to Promote > Blast campaigns.
- Click New message and select Text message as the channel.
- Select Voucher as your message type (or head to Vouchers and select the voucher you'd like to promote).
- Personalise your message and select whether you want to send a like to All vouchers or to a Single voucher.
- If you’ve selected Single voucher, click Edit under Select Voucher and use the search bar to decide which voucher you’d like to promote.
- Choose the clients you would like to send your message to. You can amend the clients selected by clicking Edit.
- Choose a payment method and send your message.
NOTE: The cost of your blast campaign is based on the number of clients your message is sent to and the length of your message. Always check the number of messages prior to sending.
