Multiple Reminders Per Appointment

For example 48hrs advance reminder in case they need to make changes, then additionally 2hrs in advance so they arrive on time

  • To add to this idea, maybe add on some customization on the reminder notifications to allow for different timings. For example, if a user agrees to have an email and SMS reminder:

    1. Email reminder can be set to 48 hours
    2. SMS Reminder can be set to 24 hours or less.
    3. Additional SMS reminder within 2 hours as suggested above.

    This will just allow customization in accordance to cancellation policy to set reminders that work best.

  • Could we have a reminder 1 week before and a confirmation the night before with option for them to reply with just a yes?

  • More character space would be great for SMS. Nit enough room to add additional information, like address phone number. People check text more often then they do email Or the ability to add a photo, where I could put this additional information, like a business card

  • More character space would be greatly appreciated in the SMS, bumping it up to 200 space would make a huge difference.

  • would be a HUGE help to have more than one reminder per appointment. having one set at 48 or 24 hours and another at 2 hours would be fantastic since we cant take Card info

  • Definitely would be perfect as most of my clients prefer to have the text instead of the email.. To send invoice via text would also be great.
