Improved Client Notes

Create ad-hoc notes outside of bookings / Collate all the client's notes into one view / Customized note types e.g. 'Formula note', 'Preference note" / Printable list of all notes/ S.O.A.P Notes

Remedial Massage therapists need to keep S.O.A.P. notes for their clients. Including anatomical diagrams for injury indication. Please add.

I love Fresha but really need SOAP notes added. These notes are used to keep track of treatment of clients and is a legal requirement for Health Funds. Needs anatomical diagram for pain indications, and sections for the SOAP notes. Client information. With SOAP notes added Fresha would be a complete system for Massage Therapists.

    Currently, you can easily keep track of each client's information by adding and managing client notes. Check out our help centre article here

  • would need a series of customisable fields where we can put all our notes (and we can get rid of the paper "fiche") : type of skin, allergies, advice and samples given , etc

  • It is quite annoying not having the notes in front of you and having to keep going back to client history. Can SOAP notes not be put on clients page?

  • The two places to add notes, client notes and appointment notes are great however soap notes would make the use of Fresha so much more efficient and user friendly - Soap notes is a key missing feature, if this could be added I wouldn't consider anything else!

  • I am loving all the advancements and commitment to keeping Fresha free to the initial supporters but those of us who need/wish to be legally compliant in our practice need to be able to do SOAP notes, diagrams etc..  and really do not want to be swapping between Schedul and HealthKit or Power Diary to do so.  Fresha Please check out how they have set up client notes and templates.

    When you do start to add pricing to new users - this feature really is a must to be competitive in the market place.

  • SOAP notes definitely a key missing feature which are required by health professionals of all fields. On top of that, an option to duplicate the patients last treatment notes would make things more user friendly.

    Other than those main issues, Fresha is an amazing program!

  • I agree with the need for patient/client notes (SOAP).  I love Fresha, but really want to streamline my admin and so I need to be able to do SOAP notes on this program (with body diagrams if possible).  Please, please add this option, you'll win over masses of therapists from all disciplines!

  • This is preventing me from switching over I need a system that stores before and after photos and consultation form details. Everything else is great but this is missing :(

  • This too is a missing feature that is preventing me from using this system. I think, if there were a 'progress notes' tab in the clients file where all treatment specific notes could be added this would solve the problem for me. Ideal i would like to add a treatment note after every service performed. Then be able to look back at the series of notes and compare reactions. When each note is added it should automatically have a date/time next to it. i do advanced treatments and require a detailed note history. Much like a doctor or nurse would be required to do. This really is a feature i cant do without.

  • This is a key feature for me as well. I love Fresha but not having this option is what is keeping me from switching over. My JaneApp software has literally hundreds of SOAP note templates and they are all customizable. NTM individual notes are logged for each appointment but are all visible on demand and can be customized as to which staff can retrieve them. For this reason I’ll be staying with JaneApp for now.

  • Why is their not a note system surely its simple to add as other systems jane app cliniko and isalon eclinic ALL have notes for clients and customers 

    PLEASE ADD and make customisable so we can all use as need to be able to write notes but take photos also

  • Agreed. It would be helpful to be able to view all appointment notes for 1 client & export them altogether. Thia may suffice until actual SOAP notes are added.

     Otherwise I'll have to use a separate program and add all my clients and so that I can have soap notes to refer to and submit to Physicians & lawyers Insurance Etc. But this will not have their appointment history & all staff would need access which further complicates things.

  • I just signed up with Fresha. I love alot of their features. I been using Massage Book for 4 years now. I am really debating if I am going to fully convert. The one thing that bothers me is losing the luxury of having soap notes along with the A&P photo of the body & muscles parts labeled. It is so important. I see it's been years since we been asking. Do you plan on adding this feature soon?

  • SOAP notes with diagrams and the ability to add attachments etc is what I desperately need as a clinical massage therapist - something along the lines of ClinicSense/Noterra/Cliniko really.  I love the ease of Fresha, so do my clients, but this is the main bugbear I have with your service.  Being able to streamline the admin would make you very very popular with massage therapists!
