Feature Request::Upload Client Documents

It would be great if we could scan / take a picture of clients consultation form with our phone and upload them

It would be great if we can scan / or take picture of clients and upload to system so we can tracking the client progress with picture also

uploading files would be beneficial

I agree, if we could add our client intake form up here, so they could complete it online before they come in, that would be most helpful. Any type of doc actually - insurance, licenses, etc.

We need this, using two systems at the moment as Fresha doesn't allow for patient consent forms to be filled out or uploading of before / after pictures. 

I agree I also have multiple systems. One for the consent and another for photos. It was be fantastic if we could upload files to client file

I would love it if a client can fill out an intake/consent form while booking their appointment prior to coming to their appointment!

Is there a way to upload patient documents to their file.

If there was a way to have intake forms filled out while scheduling the appointment online, that would be amazing! And, the ability to have a different intake form for each appointment type would be incredible.

totally agree with those ideas, i which we could make it all happen or, if your not going to developp it, at least allow some integration with an app that does it. like google forms or others

This would make an amazing product even better.....why is this not a thing yet?

It would be so great to be able to attach customer form to the client file. Our customers are over 50 so the google document is not  great option. We have our own Customer form , consent form, that each customer has to fill it before their 1st session, and at the moment we keep the customer form in paper format ....it would be such great a paper free option !

That's a great idea.  We also have consultation forms but it's hard to keep track and it'd be great if we could simply attach it to the client file.

Need ability to upload client photos.

Clients often think they know what to ask for (re hair colouring techniques) being misled by media’s. Thus leads them to describe their requirements inaccurately and because of existing hair colour they can often need a combination of services or visits. It eliminates an extra travel to the salon and maintains a paperless process. Options to include a current photo and a desired photo would be great. It would also help with Microblading for insurance requirements. Allowing us to access instantly with out having to scroll photos or printing them off. It can also allow us to assess suitability of all the services and address any issues. A all in one platform would be so efficient. Please, please m, please add it!

Would be great to be able to add copies of docs that clients send to me - In some instances I request copies of xrays/mri scans and the letters that are with them, would be great to be able to attach these to the file so I can refer back. Thanks

I used to use Fresha and love it but i definitely need the image upload option on client files.  If this feature was available i would be back in an instant.

Yes looking forward to being able to upload clients before and after treatment photos so I can stop using the consent forms service I'm using now and switch to Fresha!
