Mobile Therapists, and homeservice - My freelance Clients cannot add there home address when booking an appointment. Could we have an option for adding client addresses please. Thank you.

Hello All,
We're working on bringing features to help our mobile service partners and home service partners. We'd love to learn more about your challenges around your area of expertise and would love to find out more about your business and how it operates so we can bring these features to all our mobile and home based service providers.

Until we release the features and find out more, the fastest solution is to ask your clients to add their home addresses to the online "Booking Notes" before they complete their online booking.
To build in travel time between appointments, head to "Services" to select a service then click "Settings" to build in the Extra Time Type of "Block time". Eg if your average client books two appointments and your average travel time is 30 minutes, build in 15 minutes of block time to each service. These can all still be adjusted on the calendar later, the idea is to block your average travel time.
This is not a satisfactory solution to the problem highlighted. It makes complete and utter sense to have the address of the client when they book and should be obtained through proper address fields and not as an afterthought in booking notes. Also a simple tick box could be added if client wishes home appointment once they have added their address in a proper fashion. Also there suggestions by the original writer are indeed pertinent.
In all a great program but comes up short on obtaining client details and really is not suitable in it's present form for mobile workers as the original writer has suggested.
It really is important that duplicates clients is avoided at all costs because this will inevitable affect the effectiveness of the attached database and is a database essential to protect integrity.
Maybe there is a way to add in location selection in the booking process? It can either for predetermined studio locations or addresses that are entered in by the client when booking?
I agree - an area that we can ask for clients' addresses if necessary would make this system even better
I agree - I want to switch over fully to Fresha but cant as my whole business is mobile if you could offer the same as my current system for online bookings then I would switch as I much prefer your layout and features!
My business is completely mobile and would need this capability to make Fresha a viable solution. We are looking to move software
