    Thanks for your feedback! We think this is a great idea and can definitely see how it would be helpful. We'll keep tracking votes for it.

    The more votes a post has, the better the chances are of it being picked up in the future as a priority if we’re not currently working on it.

    Currently, with Fresha's reports you can track: 

    • Staff Commissions
    • Staff Working Hours
    • Staff Services and Product Sales
    • Staff Tips

    Actual hours worked can be tracked under Sales>>Appointments.

  • I still can't find where to view the total of staff commission. At this stage I've just set up a mock appointment to test it. I've set up commission rate on staff profile set up and completed an appoitment but still can't see

  • I have set myself  (owner) to be paid commission but nothing shows up in the report when I check Staff Commission Summary

    Commissions are based on invoices created form checked out appointments (paid or unpaid) that are created after the commission rates are set up.

  • Can you please add a option when blocking time out, to have it not included in staff weekly hours. I would be helpful for us that are paying staff hourly. I know that we can do it in the schedule, with a split shift, but if breaks or lunches are changing based on appointments, it would be much easier to block out time, and then have a box to check if we want it not included in the hours.

  • Hope your going to revisit the commission aspect with this. Am interested in the previously mentioned staff target approach. I work on a target bonus, then a % commission on top rather than a flat rate. Also sales have different % to services. Would be good to have simple way for Staff to see to incentivise them and for me to work out parole. Thanks.

  • When adding a blocked time to a stylists appointment books, we need the option to have this time deducted from hours worked. Since in our business breaks and lunches are often changing due to clients. This would be soo much easier than having to go into staff schedules and editing their shifts. Please can we make this happen.
