Multiple clients under one invoice

We haven't been able to find a feature at all where two different clients can pay on one check without changing the appointments to all be in one persons name. We have been checking them out separately in the system, for now. However we often run into this with parents paying for multiple children, or a bride whose friends want to pay for her services. If you could add an option at checkout to combine two clients onto one bill, similar to how you can add services and products, that would be fantastic!

Merging Invoices: Parents paying for children's booking / One client paying for group of friends / Associated client records

We're excited to share that we've released a new feature called Group Bookings!

This feature allows partners to make appointments for a group of people and enable clients to book online for a group. For example, a parent and child can book a haircut together or friends can schedule a nail day. Additionally, you can choose to check out the entire appointment at once with the organizer as the payer.

For more information on how to use Group Bookings, please visit our Help Centre article here.

  • most of our clients are a group booking and then sometimes one paying for all. How can you call up all people to the one sales point

dying to fully commit to schedul once we are across everything

    regards

  • Could you add another clients invoice to a invoice you are closing out? in the same way you would add another service before closing the invoice  Example: in the drop down tab you could enter another service to the check out before closing out the invoice.. why not have another tab for additional client ..connecting the client, service and staff altogether before checking out the invoice..

  • we for sure need this option!

  • Yes, we really need this as well!  Not only being able to check them out together, but also being able to mark them as siblings in the system.

  • Very useful, when mum and daughter are in and mums paying. Avoid 2 card transaction fees too.
It is called a Multi-Ticket Checkout on my current system, click and select any other tickets that day. It closes and tallys total to payee's ticket, no manual calculations and update epos with tally'd total.

Very useful for wedding groups too, bridesmaids paid for etc.

  • Please hurry

  • I vote yes a million times on this feature! Would make parents with kids or couples so much easier to check out in one transaction.

  • This option is critical! We have parents that come in with 3 or more kids. The client should not have to enter a card 4+ times.

  • Yes I agree critical! We are getting busier and it is hard to check out clients. Our salon is only haircuts which almost everyone is combined.

  • Is this feature coming soon? I hope so! I have seen features come to light with much less votes. PLEASE

  • Are there any updates to this feature? Attempting to fully commit to only using Fresha, but there are still obstacles.  Adding invoices together and charging once is fine as long as we are using our separate processing merchant, which we currently do.  However, if two clients both book online and one is paying for both of them at checkout, this creates a bit of havoc for us as well as the clients.  Having to charge for this through our stand-alone processing merchant and still being charged for the online bookings is creating an exuberant amount of unnecessary fees, not to mention then causing the inability to close out the invoices in Fresha.  Please advise!

  • This would be SUPER helpful. Running into this issue multiple times a week... super inconvenient at this time, as I can no longer put them under one name... due to COVID-19, for tracing purposes, all clients must be under their own service ticket 😩

  • Yes waiting on this feature before I can fully commit

  • Could you please provide an update on why this has many more votes than other ideas but has made no progress since August 10, 2018? According to said statement, this was "definitely on your road map," yet has still made absolutely no progress in two years? It isn't even listed as "Planned." The "quick work around" provided from 2018 is no longer a valid or acceptable response.

  • This would make our days so much easier! Checkout would be so much quicker. Thank-you!

  • Can I vote 100x for this option and request it be put on the top of the priority list for development. It is a very useful feature that we had in our previous software and as per the above comments we are not the only ones who need/love this option. Looking forward to this added feature soon.

    Thanks

  • Without this feature, users must choose between ease of checkout (Client experience) and not accurately tracking individual Client services, spending and scheduling.  One Client paying for another Client at checkout occurs far too often for this gap to continue to be ignored.

  • I agree without the ability to combine customers tickets is a deal breaker for us, we are a full service spa with 18 service providers and we have to be able to combine tickets.  It happens everyday for us.

  • This would be a great feature to have especially when you have a parent and their children. There are alot of parents paying for their kids/teenagers. A group checkout where you can add the clients/services together. that would be perfect! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with. xx

  • Hi Everyone - thank you for your votes and comments. Keep them coming!

This feature is definitely on our roadmap and has now been planned but please keep voting as it help us prioritise what is most important for you.

A quick work around for now would be to simply check out both appointments quickly, add the totals together and charge the client the total sum so that they only pay once. This way, you can still keep each client's appointment history separate but the client feels they have paid once.

    Hope this helps for now!
